1. Payment

Payment terms and method shall be agreed upon by FDO and purchaser prior to initiating any work.

2. Shipping

Shipment of products manufatured by FDO shall be agreed upon by FDO and the purchaser prior to initiating any work.

3. Returns and Refunds

Products manufactured by FDO that are deemed unsatisfactory by the purchaser are subject to investigation by FDO. Refund of payment is determined pending investigation results. Products manufactured by FDO that are deemed by the purchaser worthy of return or refund must notify FDO within 7 days of recieving the product.

4. Schedule and Lead Time

All quoted lead times start from receipt of material and/or payment, unless noted otherwise.

5. Free Issue Material

Material supplied by the purchaser shall be fit for use and sized to dimensions specified by FDO.

6. Hardware and Material Specified by Purchaser

FDO is not responible for fit, form and function of hardware and material specified by purchaser.
